Auberge Des Eaux Vives is the perfect waterfront retreat in Charlevoix. The stunning view of the St Lawrence river from the prime location is absolutely amazing. The well-furnished and cozy rooms offer a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hosts, Sylvain and Joanna, are incredibly helpful and always available with a smile. They even have great stories to share! The four-course breakfasts served at the inn are simply to die for. This place has become our go-to whenever we're in the area. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful, comfortable, and taste-filled experience.

Set on the slopes of a hill that ends in the waters of the river, it offers breathtaking views. Right at the bottom of the hill, a fine-dining restaurant awaits you. Inside, guests are welcomed to spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. The spacious and restful rooms feature amenities such as comfortable beds, large showers, and a stand-alone bathtub. Service at this B&B is impeccable, where hospitality is at the forefront of their guest service. Guests can enjoy a copious breakfast that goes beyond what other B&B’s too often offer. The hosts make you feel like family.
The Wi-Fi connection may not be of top quality and can be spotty at times.

The location of this bed and breakfast is truly unbeatable. Situated right by the sea, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the St Lawrence river from every angle in the house. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable, providing great recommendations for local dining options and activities in the area. The breakfast is a highlight, with delicious and generous portions that will leave you satisfied for hours. Plus, there are plenty of facilities and room advantages to enhance your stay, such as a big soaker tub and an espresso machine.
The noise level from other guests can sometimes be a bit disruptive.

Perfection in every way! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the water. The rooms were even better than the pictures, modern yet cozy. And the breakfast.oh my goodness, it was to die for! The best breakfast I've ever had, better than any restaurant. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Already planning our next visit!
Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this place. It was truly perfect in every way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. This venue is located on the slopes of a hill, with stunning views that overlook the majestic St Lawrence river. The location alone is worth a visit, as the hotel's proximity to the water allows for a tranquil and serene stay. Moreover, the hotel offers a variety of common areas which are perfect for relaxation and socializing. I made sure to take advantage of these spaces, where I found comfort, entertainment, and a charming tea selection.
For a luxurious and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We recently stayed at a wonderful B&B in the beautiful Charlevoix region. The B&B had stunning views of the St. Lawrence Seaway, just like in the pictures we saw online. The rooms were elegantly decorated with modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. We loved the cozy fireplaces, especially during the winter season. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay, with delicious and creative dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The hosts were attentive and friendly, always providing helpful advice on local activities and places to visit. We also appreciated the small details, like the luxurious bed linens and locally made bath products in our room. Our overall experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this B&B for a memorable stay in the Charlevoix region.

Nestled on the shores of the majestic St Lawrence River, this charming B&B offers a picturesque location with breathtaking views. From the cozy room, we could admire the tranquil waters and the stunning sunrise each morning. The well-appointed bathroom was spotless and provided all the necessary amenities. The attentive and friendly service from the hosts made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight, however, was the mouthwatering breakfasts served daily, with each dish presented like a work of art. the convenient proximity to a top-notch restaurant allowed us to indulge in delicious meals throughout our stay.
The availability of rooms can be quite limited, so make sure to book well in advance to secure your stay at this hidden gem.

Great views from the room and lovely surroundings. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and lots of variety. The hotel was in a good location, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi.
It was very difficult to sleep at night due to the sound of traffic outside and other guests talking loudly in the hallway. The walls were thin and we could hear everything happening in the next room.

Stunning river views, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff in a tranquil environment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and bright with lovely decoration. The location is perfect for relaxation, with plenty of beautiful nearby gardens and national parks to explore. Breakfasts were a particular highlight, with a variety of healthy and tasty options.
Some parts of the hotel may require minor updates, such as the furniture and decor in the common areas. There were also some small issues with slow service during dinner.
